ECOESTIA approaches each project with environmental responsibility and high aesthetics. We make the most of the building’s orientation for ample natural lighting and integrate solar systems for the production of hot water. With an integrated thermal facade and high-performance energy frames, we minimize energy losses, while offering excellent aesthetics. In addition, we install underfloor heating with autonomous heat pumps to heat each apartment. These practices not only save energy, but also reduce the environmental footprint of the building.
