The “eco” philosophy that our company stands for is applied in all our projects. We take advantage of the orientation of the buildings for natural light and install solar systems for the production of hot water for domestic use. We also apply thermal insulation to the entire exterior surface of the building to minimize energy losses and use energy efficient, high aesthetic frames. In addition, we install underfloor heating with autonomous heat pumps to heat each apartment. The building will also be equipped with photovoltaic systems (net billing), allowing for energy production and self-consumption. These practices not only save energy, but also reduce our environmental footprint.

The location of the building offers unobstructed views of the mountain, the city of Xanthi and the surrounding areas, creating a feeling of tranquility for the residents of the apartments and ensuring, in this way, their quality of living.
